ble group of young women who have influenced my life and college experience in a way that no other organization ever could. I can say without doubt that becoming a member of Alpha Chi during my freshman year was the best decision I have made in all my three years at Cal. Never before have I been surrounded by so many women who are as funny as they are compassionate, as dedicated to community involvement as they are to intellectual pursuits, and as supportive as they are inspiring.
As you explore our site, you’ll find that most Pi Chapter women are not only active within the sorority, but are also involved in a wide array of student groups, sports, and organizations, both on and off campus—all while finding time to cheer on the Cal football team, maintain a GPA higher than that of the Berkeley all-women’s average, or simply enjoy the society of their sisters. At Alpha Chi, I have found all that I wanted and needed in a college environment: academic support, philanthropy, cultural events, a full social calendar, and my best friends.
We currently reside in a beautifully spacious house with an unbeatable proximity to campus, the football stadium, and Greek life. We also enjoy a TV room, an exercise room, study rooms, and an amazing view of the San Francisco Bay.
